Here is the 30 day Calendar for you to embark upon your handstand program. You will find these videos laid out for you, day-by-day by scrolling towards the bottom of this page.


You can choose whether to take the days consecutively or break them down into a slower pace, completing the full 30 days in your own time. As a beginner, I would recommend committing to at least 4 sessions per week to help bring you best results!
