Flexibility Bundle
Let’s be honest – most of us have some kind of flexibility goal or area we want to improve. This collection of classes will help you do just that! We’ll explore full body flexibility, working on both passive and active ranges for strong, flexible muscles.
This bundle includes 2 x 60 minute & 2 x 30 minute classes.
- 30 minute Stretch It Out - Get into those shoulders, hips and hamstrings with a big old stretch out. A great way to start your day!
- 60 minute Working Towards Shoulder Pressure Pose - A flexibility-based class for the legs, but working with active, rather than passive, flexibility. Build the strength and length to work towards variations of Bird of Paradise and Firefly pose. Blocks will be helpful.
- 30 minute Find Your Inner Fire - Build some heat with this energising class! This class focuses on the front of the body- hip flexors, quads and chest.

60 minute Flying Warrior Flow– lengthen into the side body, hip and hamstrings. A full body flow working towards Flying Warrior variations.
