7 Days of Yoga
7 days of yoga! If you need a little motivation to get on your mat more often, if you fancy seeing if you can complete 7 days of yoga in a row, or you simply want to try out 7 fun yoga classes in your own time, then you’re in the right place!
Each class is 30 minutes in length with a different focus or theme, so throughout the course of the challenge the whole body is worked in both strength and flexibility.
- Day 1: Lengthen & Strengthen - Let's get those legs long and strong! Expect a good old stretch for your hips, hamstrings and quads.
- Day 2: Mobility Movement - Some fun mobility movement for our hips and spine!
- Day 3: Be Strong - Building strength in the legs and the core, and even an opportunity to try out an arm balance!
- Day 4: Twist & Bend - Some nice big twists for your hips, and an energising boost from some back-bending practice.
- Day 5: Morning Energy Booster! - Find a sense of inner focus as you try a funky balance or two!
- Day 6: Love to Lengthen - A full body stretch out!
