Learn the foundations of a handstand so you know what you’re striving for! Understand how to care for your wrists, the role of the shoulders and learn various techniques to learn to kick up at the wall.

Phase Two

Continue to build on your handstand skills, understand the role of flexibility, pelvic tilt and core strength. We will refine our kick up skills to start to develop more control and explore drills to help us learn to balance.

There are 2 different shoulder strength classes within the programme which tackle the two different types of strength we need, and many of the other classes will continue to develop your strength over time. You’re in good hands!

No, we’ll get you there together. There is a Level One class within the programme full of information, techniques and drills to try for those at this stage of their handstand journey. Once you’ve got that kick up at the wall under wraps, Level Two classes are waiting to help you continue to progress.

The majority of the classes are between 20-40 minutes long, with some as short as 5 minutes and a few as long as 60.

The initial calendar is 30 days long but you can choose whether to take these days consecutively or space them out and take it at a pace that suits you.

If you are very new to handstands, doing the initial 30 days consecutively will bring you the best results but is not necessary for progress.

Once purchased, all the content is yours to keep forever.
