As the Progress to Pincha challenge returns for round 2, an upgraded version has been created to add more tips, tricks and advice to help you find more success and enjoy a wider variety of classes!
Version 2 includes an additional 4 x classes within the calendar:
• 1 x 60 minute Pincha Practice (drills and tips for Pincha)
• 1 x 60 minute Forearm Balance Practice (Arm Balance focus on the forearms)
• 2 x 30 minute vinyasa classes (1 x shoulder and upper back mobility practice & 1 x wrist free flow with pincha drills)
