Inversion Bundle
This bundle is designed to help you learn, practice and refine your inversion practice. These are full body flows with a focus on building the strength, flexibility and body awareness for their respective inversion. The ability to do the inversion is not required, these classes are designed for those working towards them or refining their current practice.
This bundle includes 3 x 60 minute classes.
- Straight Arm Strength – a strength building class focusing on the hip flexors, core, glutes and straight arm strength which is what we need for Handstand. Opportunity to put this strength to the test with some practice of Handstand to end. Headstand option provided.
- Thoracic Opening for Pincha – Open your upper back and shoulders to help you find a strong, stable base for your Pincha practice. Block required.

Learn to Handstand – Move through a preparation flow before pausing to break down how to attempt a Handstand. Also an opportunity to learn how to transition from a Handstand hop to Chaturanga – no Handstand holding required! Headstand option provided.
